How does your technology work and what can it do?
- Works great! They are not magic, the basis is premium cotton, to which we apply the treatment of CityZen technology. Thanks to it, the moisture on the inside is distributed over a large area and quickly evaporates without appearing on the outside. At the same time, the clothes are perfectly breathable and pleasant to the body. In addition, it resists dirt.
Why does a T-shirt cost CZK 890?
- We make t-shirts from the highest quality cotton, and thanks to the patented technology, they have absolutely unique properties. We don't want to carry containers of cheap, sometimes low-quality clothing from Asia. Our clothes are made with respect, in the Czech Republic, for Czech wages, by golden Czech hands.
- It is important to us that our activity has as little impact on the environment as possible. That is why we use the most modern technologies available on the market. Thanks to this, we are able to save up to 80 liters of water when dyeing the material compared to conventional procedures (per kilogram of textile we need 100 liters of water as a standard, we need 20 - 40 liters). We use quality raw materials and all our clothing complies with EU REACH legislation.
- The price of CZK 890 does not include "just" the T-shirt, but the work of many people and the long, careful production process - from the first thread to its dispatch.
Does the shirt work even after several washes?
- Yes, our treatment will work even after several dozen washes. Experts from the Technical University of Liberec and thousands of satisfied customers confirmed that the CityZen® technology works.
- Even after washing, the material does not lose its unique properties. It does not need special care, you just need to follow a few rules:
- Wash at 30 °C,
- do not use powders for white laundry or fabric softener,
- do not tumble dry,
- iron inside out at 150 °C. This activates the CityZenⓇ treatment and extends the life of its extraordinary properties.
- If we still haven't convinced you, you can first test everything yourself on a small sample that we will send you. :)
Can I try the t-shirt for free?
- If you don't like the T-shirt, you can return it to us within 14 days.
- You can now buy a sample of our material for the first test. You can test the 10x10 cm square as much as you like. Don't be afraid to wash it and try again. In the case of a subsequent order, we will deduct its price from the total amount. :)
Is there a difference between 100% cotton and elastane-added clothing?
- All CityZen clothing, regardless of composition, has the same functional properties - moisture is not visible on the surface, it is breathable and comfortable on the body. The T-shirt under the shirt and underwear also has an antibacterial treatment. A small addition of Elastane (5%) does not change these properties, it just adds flexibility, adaptability and lightness to the clothes.
After taking the t-shirt out of the package, there are folds visible on it - is this a material fault?
- • Don't worry, this is not a defect. It is just the result of long-term folding of the t-shirt in the bag, as a result of which the interlining has been drawn into the knit, and therefore the folds are more visible on the t-shirt.
- After the first wash and ironing, the t-shirt will be smooth again.
What size should I choose?
- On the page of each product, you will find a size chart with a sketch of the clothing and marked measurements. We recommend that you take your favorite piece of clothing that fits you, lay it out on a flat surface and measure. You can easily choose the right size from the table. If we don't have your size right there, we're sure already sewing it ;-) We are working on expanding the size range for some products.
What cut of a women's t-shirt should you choose?
- The T-shirt with a classic cut and the T-shirt with ¾ sleeves has an open cut, fitted to the body. The t-shirt with kimono sleeves has a looser cut and its dimensions correspond to a larger ready-to-wear size.
No size fits me. Do you also make custom t-shirts?
- We currently do not make custom t-shirts. However, we can shorten the t-shirt to the required dimensions. All you have to do is add this T-shirt customization product to your cart
How can I return or exchange clothes?
- Does the size or cut not fit you? Were you expecting a different color? That can happen. Send unworn clothing back to us.
- • How to do it? Pack the goods thoroughly, put a note in the package with the order or case number and your name. Send or personally deliver the package to CityZen s.r.o., Palackého třída 805, 537 01 Chrudim III. You pay the costs of transporting the returned goods to us, the new postage as part of the exchange is then already on our account. ;-) We will contact you when the shipment returns to us. You can speed up the whole process by filling out the online Return form, which you can find on the Returns and complaints page
- For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose size carefully.
How to redeem multiple gift vouchers in one order?
- Choose a product from our e-shop and put it in the basket.
- In the basket, click the "I HAVE A GIFT VOUCHER" field. Enter the discount code in the discount coupon field and confirm it with the "Add" button.
- If you use several vouchers at once, write them in a note.
- If all the conditions for applying the code are met, the discount will be added to your order automatically. You will thus get an immediate overview of the resulting price for the goods and at the same time be sure that the discount has been applied.
- Fill in the remaining parts of the order – shipping selection and information about you, check and send the order for processing. Done!
Can a gift voucher be used for two orders?
- The value of the voucher cannot be divided between multiple orders.
- If the value of the voucher exceeds the value of the order, we will not refund the amount corresponding to the difference in the value of the voucher over the order.
Do you also send packages abroad?
- Yes, we deliver orders to Slovakia from the e-shop www.cityzen.sk, to Germany from the e-shop www.cityzenwear.de
- But we can also send CityZen clothes to other EU countries. Contact us and we will make an agreement.
Can Cityzen t-shirts be branded?
- Yes, we can produce and apply quality printing or embroidery to all CityZen t-shirts upon request. Both embroidery and printing can be applied.

How will you deliver the package to me and how much will it cost?

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
- We try to ship packages as soon as possible, usually on the same day. If you order before 12 o'clock, Česká pošta, PPL and Zásilkovna usually deliver the next day.
Do you have a brick and mortar store?
